REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Bestindoortanninglotion.com is a tanning lotion wholesaler. Therefore we cannot accept returns. We will however correct any shipping mistakes that are our fault.

A restocking fee (25% of product(s) purchase price) will be incurred for any packages returned to bestindoortanninglotion.com for NON-DELIVERY, or CANCELLED ORDERS. THIS INCLUDES REFUSED PACKAGES. This will be deducted from the amount refunded, along with the cost of the shipping and handling charges associated with your order. If you would like your package resent, we will gladly do so, but will charge you the cost of re-shipping. 

While we make every effort to ship all orders within 48 business hours every now and then we do run out of something and it takes a few extra days to ship out. Per Visa and Mastercard policy we have 30 days to ship out your order. Any cancellation will result in a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges will not be credited. Any order cancellations are required to be done in writing, include a copy of the invoice and mailed to us via certified mail at the above address. Thanks

If you emailing to inquire about an order, please do not do so until after 7 days. While most orders are shipped within 48 hours any extra inquiries slow down the shipping process.

*All packages will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) *You will be issued a tracking #. This tracking # will accepted as proof of delivery by both bestindoortanninglotion.com and customer. There will be no signature confirmation upon delivery. By doing business with us you are agreeing that USPS tracking # delivery confirmation is acceptable proof of delivery. *Orders can take up to 30 days to receive (though this is usually not the case). Any cancellation or chargebacks prior to this will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling. Minumum charge is $25. *Customer agrees to receive tanning lotion related promotional emails from time to time of which you can unsubscribe at any time.
